Body Contouring Is All We Do
We are a small body contouring studio on Old Olive Street Road in Creve Coeur, and it is the only thing we do.
Why only this
Plenty of places in St. Louis will do a bit of body work between other appointments. That is fine, but it means the person treating you might be doing your area for the third time this year rather than the third time today.
We went the other way. One lane, done constantly. When you have treated the same stubborn spot hundreds of times you stop guessing about it: you know how it usually responds, roughly how many sessions it tends to take, and when to say it is not going to work.
What that means for you
We will tell you no
If your goal is not something we can deliver, you will hear it at your intro visit and you will not be sold a package anyway. That costs us a sale now and again. It is still the right way to run this.
We do not sell surgery
We do not perform it and we do not refer for it, so there is nothing expensive waiting at the end of your plan.
We take progress photos
At key points through your plan, from the same position and in the same light. You get to see it rather than take our word for it.
The studio
We built the space to feel calm rather than clinical. There is 3,750 square feet of it, and it is warm light, quiet, no rush. You are lying down for half an hour or so and there is no reason for that to feel like a waiting room.
Parking is right outside. Getting in from anywhere in west county is easy: we are just off Olive at I-270.
The team
Rita is the name that comes up over and over in our clients' reviews. Rita Bursak is our CEO and owner, and Bravo Shape opened its doors in 2023.
That is what a small studio looks like from the inside. Your photos and your notes stay with your plan, so by the third or fourth visit nobody is explaining anything from scratch and nobody is looking at your area for the first time.
Half an hour, and you leave with a plan of your own.

It takes about half an hour, and you leave with a plan built around your goals. If this is not the right thing for those goals, we will say so.
