Why the simple route matters
Nobody finishes a course of anything that is a hassle to get to. A body contouring plan means coming back several times over several weeks, and the difference between a plan you finish and one you abandon at session three is almost always the trip.
From Des Peres it is one road, no cutting across, no working out a route. That is not an exciting selling point and it is the honest reason our Des Peres clients keep their appointments.
Pairing it with a trip you were making anyway
If you are already heading up that way for errands around West County Center, we are a short way further on. A session is about 30 minutes with no downtime and nothing visible afterwards, so it goes into an existing trip rather than needing its own.
The whole run is about seven miles and lands around 15 minutes, most of it on the highway.
Half an hour, and you leave with a plan of your own.
