Home/Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage St. Louis
Compression Therapy
Your lymphatic system is how your body moves waste out. Unlike your blood, it has no pump. It relies on you moving, and on pressure from outside.
What we do
You put on what look like inflatable trousers or sleeves. They fill and release in a pattern, working from the far end of a limb inwards, pushing fluid along the way your body would if it had a pump.
About 45 minutes. You lie there. Most people find it genuinely pleasant.

Why it usually goes last
When we treat an area with cold, the fat cells that break down have to leave your body, and that route is the lymphatic system. Running compression at the end of a session gives that process a push.
It is also useful on its own, for swelling, for heavy legs, and after hard exercise.
What it helps with
- Moving everything along after a cold treatment
- Swelling and puffiness
- Heavy or tired legs
- Recovery after training
- Stiffness and general sluggishness
What happens
The intro visit
An intro visit first.
The session
Then 45 minute sessions, on their own or tacked onto the end of another treatment.
Afterwards
No downtime.
What it will not do
- It will not reduce fat. It moves fluid. It supports the treatments that work on fat, and on its own it will not change your shape.
- It is not a massage. No hands, no therapist working on you. This is a machine, and if manual massage is what you are after this is not it.
Half an hour, and you leave with a plan of your own.
What our clients say
None of these is about the compression work specifically, and each one says what it is about underneath. They are here because they are real and they are ours.

Yes, plenty of people do, especially for swelling or after training.
Is there downtime?
None. You may need the bathroom afterwards, which is the system doing its job.
